Tempest Skill Guide level 60 in Dragon Nest

First, let us meet the two new Ex skills of a level 60 Tempest. Here they are:

Binding Shot Ex- Binding Shot is enhanced to pull enemies from a wide area. Additionally, damages given to enemies is increased and the time is shortened.
Somersault Kick Ex- Somersault Kick is enhanced. A tornado is formed when enemies are kicked up into the air to lift nearby enemies up into the air as well.

Now that we know the two new Ex skill of Tempest, let us proceed to my recommended skill build for this class... For my Tempest, I am currently using this build:
Archer Skill Tree

Acrobat Skill Tree
Tempest Skill Tree
Now let me explain my skill distribution...

First at the Archer skill tree... If you are following my level 50 skill build for Tempest in Dragon Nest SEA, then you will be wondering of why I left Multi Shot at level 1 and max Twin Shot. Well, the answer to that is personal preference. If you feel that Multi Shot is more appealing to you, then you can max this skill instead of Twin Shot.

In my experience playing with my Tempest, I am using more Twin Shot than Multi Shot (because Twin Shot has shorter cooldown than Multi Shot of course)... And, it can do good DPS compared to Multi Shot. Well, it's purely for DPS... No more, no less.

Multi Shot is still superb in dealing damage to large bosses in PvE and as well as to players at close range in PvP.

Well at the end of the day, I will just let you decide on this as I have said before... I choose to pick this skill over the other due to PERSONAL PREFERENCE.

If you don't have the skill reset scroll yet, then you can just leave this tree first or, just use the skill distribution I have for the level 50 build. Just remember to increase the passive enhancement like HP, MP and Mind Conquer are it is very important nowadays.

Now, let's proceed to the Acrobat tree. On this tree, Kick Shot is leveled to max as at level 16, the damage greatly increases.

Also, Double Somersault is at max level. So far, I can say that this skill has the best upgrade ever... Not only that it increases the damage by a certain percentage, but now, it has that extra boost in AOE, which can let you juggle more enemies up into the air.

You might be wondering why I did not max Binding Shot also, as it has great upgrade. Well the thing is, this skill is only use for utility: catching and pulling enemies closer to you. It's not mainly use to deal damage and that is why I just leave it at level 1 even it has its Ex version now. Anyway, level 1 is pretty sufficient as not only the AOE of the pulling increases, but the super armor breaking capability of this skill also.

The Acrobat buffs and as well as Tip Tops is increase at max level. Well, I think these skills are self-explanatory.

The other thing that you might be wondering is why the heck did I level Short Bow Mastery to 0... Again, the answer to that is personal preference. In my opinion, I don't really need that extra damage and I am very contented with my range, without this skill. And yes, I did sacrifice this skill to level Divine Rage to level 2 and allocate 3 points on Spiral Edge (the Windwalker SS). If you do think that you need extra boost in damage, then you can get or even max this skill. Just remember that you will need to sacrifice points on your ultimate and, you can't get the other ultimate.

At the Windwalker tree, Blooming Kick is at max level for that 100% stun rate and of course, Cyclone Kick is at max level also for the extra boost in damage.

And lastly, on the Tempest tree, I have Evasion at level 2 for that increase in % trigger rate and then, there's my favorite skill for a Tempest, the Hurricane Dance at max level for maximum havoc! And the last one are the Ex versions... They are all at max level (level 1) as the upgrade are extremely great that you mustn't ignore it...
